Urban Developments in the Netherlands

Since 2024 we have developed subdivision projects in the Netherlands that respond to diverse urban needs, covering both greenfield developments and interventions on existing alignments to improve road safety, replace obsolete materials, and incorporate landscape solutions. Our scope includes geometric design and pavements, modeling of sanitation and drainage networks, design of green spaces, routing of utilities and public lighting, and clash verification. Projects are characterized by low-speed streets with asphalt wearing courses or pavers on a sand base, and diverse drainage systems including separated stormwater networks, underground drains, open channels, and detention ponds. We develop comprehensive 3D models that raise the level of detail and verify coexistence between different project components, detecting interdisciplinary clashes early.
